New Year Business Planning with Chelsea Pagan

In this episode, Alay and Chelsea discuss:

  • Starting your new year strong with a plan for your firm.
  • Gathering the right information for your goals.
  • Creating measurable goals to break out of the comfort zone.
  • Building a team for successful business planning.

Key Takeaways:

  • Your new year’s business planning should begin in November or December with information gathering.
  • To create your specific goals, you need to know where you are before you can know where you’re going.
  • Pay a little more to have a capable team, such as a bookkeeper and a CPA, who will take things off your plate and make your life and business easier.
  • If you follow the trends of your business and have a solid team behind you, it makes it less scary to spend money to earn money.
