I am Cortney Watson, and I help law firm owners and other professional services leaders build businesses that don’t depend on them for every decision. I work with owners who are stuck doing the work, leading the team, managing clients, and chasing new business all at once, and help them build the structure to step out of that role.

Before becoming a coach and advisor, I served as both COO and CFO of a professional services firm, helping take it from roughly $10 million to $40 million in revenue. I oversaw finance, HR, business development, technology, operations, and strategic planning, giving me a firsthand understanding of what it actually takes to build the infrastructure behind a growing firm.

I combine coaching with hands-on business advisory and consulting. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all formula. Instead, I help owners step back from the day-to-day, identify what’s holding the business back, and put practical systems in place to move it forward.
