Adam Thompson
Adam facilitates roundtables of small law firm partners, owners, and solos. He guides them through the process of building better firms and realizing their versions of success, whether that means more time to spend with friends and family, increased revenue and more profit, a more clear vision for the future, a more effective team, or all of the above. Adam believes that coaching is relational and highly personal. There has to be a fit. We get into some deep, heavy stuff, and trust and accountability are paramount to success. Above all, it is about mindset. Building your Perfect Practice requires change, and change can be challenging. Adam's peer advisory groups make it easier for the members to identify and implement key changes in their firms.
